Q.  How long have you been in business?
A.  We have been in business since early 1995, starting out as computer training company under the name Christian Brothers Home Computer Solutions.

Q.  Do you use pre-made templates to create a website?
A.  Absolutely not!  We have nothing against those who use them but we certainly don't.   Everything is created from scratch.

Q.  What is the difference between you and other web design companies?
A.  We specialize in high end web design with e-commerce solutions, web based application & database integration.  A lot of codings in high end languages other than just basic html stuff.

Q.  What type of payment methods do you accept?
A.  We accept check, money order, and a variety of credit cards.

Q.  How much do we have to pay up front?
A.  Typically 25% to start, 50% when the project is launched and the remaining 25% is due after 30 days.  You can hold on to this 25% until we have satisfied all the requirements stated in the contract.

Q.  What type of contract do we typically use?
A.  Most are a fixed-cost contracts.  Some are on a hourly-basis.  And everything is clearly written from day 1.

Q.  How can we do business when you are so far away from us?
A.  Give us a chance to show you that there is no distance barrier.  A few clicks of the mouse, you will be connected to our computers and work just as if you were next to us.  Hard to envision but you will believe it when it happens.
