Basic Requirements for Employment as a Search Engines Content Specialist with Digital Marketing Solution LLC.

EDUCATIONAL & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1)  A complete Resume with history of employement and educational background
2)  A minimun of 2 years of college for English speaking candidate
3)  A minimun of 4 years of college majoring in English for non-English speaker
4)  An English writing skill test may be required for certain candidate

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT NEED TO DO THE JOB

1) A computer
2) ADSL / DSL / Cable Internet – After the first month, DMS will pay for your monthly service fee up to $25 U.S. per month
3) A Skype & Yahoo Chat Account (free)
4) A computer microphone to be used for voice chat and meeting over the internet that typically cost less than $10 U.S. and DMS will reimbursed after the first month.

INTERVIEW PROCESS & JOB TRAINING

1) One online interview with U.S.A. office via Skype or Yahoo phone
2) Up to 20 hours of training with pay
3) Be available to meet with U.S.A. office manager one hour per week.

REFERRENCES & ADDRESS AND ID

1) Need at least two referrences
2) Need a complete residential address, phone number, email
3) Need one valid photo ID
4) Need bank account info for transfer of money (wired)

COMPENSATION & PAY

1) Minimum $150 per month & Maximum is $500 per month depending on your skill and performance.
2) Pay weekly in the first 4 weeks and monthly after 4 weeks.

TERM & DURATION OF EMPLOYMENT

This is not a temporary job but it's permanent job.  We expect you to be an asset for us in years to come.  Since the nature of this job is very flexible and very attractive for part-timer, we do however like to hire full-time rather than part-time.  We would like to hire as many as 20 people in the next few months.
