Outsource
Q. Do you outsource any of the work?
A. No. Everything is done within our company. However, there are times, but seldom, we need to subcontract to independent subcontractors for various reasons such as video, audio, etc. If such a case happens, we will inform you upon request.
Distance
Q. How can we work when you are so far away?
A. There is virtually no distance barrier in what we do. As long as you have Internet access and phone, we can work just as you are sitting next to us. We have many oversea clients that we have never seen their face. However, if you wish we can manage to see you in person.
Cost
Q. How much does it cost?
A. It depends on the size and the complexity of your project. We don’t provide project cost estimates unless we know the basic requirements of your project. After the Step 1 interview, we can give you a rough estimate.
History
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. Our company started in 1992 as a technical network support company under the name “Christian Brothers Home Computer Solutions” and merged into a Web Design Services, Web Based Application Engineering and Internet Marketing company since early 2000.

Locations
Q. Where is your office located?
A. Our head quarters is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan U.S.A. but we also have other sales office locations. Please see our website for more information.
Duration
Q. How long does it takes for a website project to complete?
A. It depends on the size and the complexity of your project. However, the typical website project is about 7 to 9 weeks. We have had rush projects that we completed within 3 days and we have projects that have taken more than three years to complete.
Hosting
Q. How much does it costs?
A. Once again, it depends on the size and complexity of your website and your requirements. The lowest is $12 per month and the highest is $39 per month. No public hosting is available. We only host private clients (our clients). For more info about our servers, click here.
Languages
Q. What programming languages do you use?
A. We specialized in .Net and C-sharp but we also use C++, php, asp and java as well as other languages to meet customer requirement specifications.
Templates
Q. Do you use third party templates?
A. No! Every website we build is from the ground up.
Databases
Q. What types of databases do you use for most of the website projects?
A. We use MS SQL 2000, 2003, 2005, + MySQL and other such as Oracle when necessary.
